Along with evaluating Customer Satisfaction Scores (C-SAT) and key engagement metrics, Wayvee provides in-depth insights that help retailers tackle one of their biggest challenges: understanding their customers.

We are currently seeking a Product Analyst to join our growing team and help develop cutting-edge solutions.
About the role
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing data from pilot projects, including designing and evaluating A/B tests;
- Assisting in the development of a methodology for business validation of Wayvee metrics; considering their impact on C-SAT and revenue;
- Supporting in the validation of product hypotheses;
- Creating an alerting system based on data for timely responses to changes in metrics.
☝️Key Qualifications
- Proficiency in data analysis, including working with large datasets, generating reports, and identifying patterns;
- Knowledge of statistics and experience with A/B testing, including reducing the duration of such tests;
- Programming skills in Python (numpy, pandas) and proficiency in SQL;
- Responsible approach to work and understanding of the product analytics culture within the company;
